Ettans Båthamn och SeaSide Resort, i Luleå Södra hamn, ger upplevelser utöver det vanliga – och har blivit en destination. Ni anländer med Båt eller Husbil. Så snart avgiften för Gästplats har erlagts, får ni tillgång till de högklassiga gästfaciliteterna och kan njuta av funktionerna och bekvämligheten. Sommartid, i Midnattssolen.

Här är gångavstånd till Luleå centrum (ca. 200 m.) med shopping, service, kultur, restauranger och nattliv. Precis intill ligger Granec, norra Sveriges största butik för Båt- och Husbilsliv, inkl. SeaSea Mega Store tillbehörsbutik – med kunnig personal. Dessutom, två restauranger bl.a. La Bottega, den stora välsorterade livsmedelsbutiken Willy:s, m.m.
Här ges en storslagen utsikt över stadsfjärden, skärgårdens öar och Luleälvens utlopp i Bottenviken – med de imponerande svenska isbrytarna liggande vid kaj.
Här erbjuds en charmerande och levande hamn- och bostadsmiljö som lockar till promenader, umgänge och stilla tankar.
Massor av aktiviteter anordnas runtom staden. Bland annat på närliggande Södra Hamnplan, där även Skärgårdsbåtarnas turer avgår – dess landmärke är den stora bevarade Vipparmsportalkranen.
Under vintersäsongen kan husbilsgäster få många spännande upplevelser på isvägarna utanför hamnen – och ibland se norrskenet. Kom även ihåg, att vårvintern är en enastående femte årstid på dessa breddgrader.

Allmän information, Ettans Båthamn & SeaSide Resort:

Båtar: 50 gästbåtplatser. Bredder från 2,5 m upp till 5,0 m. Båthamnen har totalt ca. 590 båtplatser och är öppen från slutet av maj – början av okt. Djupförhållanden i Ettans Båthamn/Gästhamnen samt vid Tankbryggan och Servicebryggan är ca. 3 meter vid medelvattenstånd. Förtöjning i hamnen: bom.
Husbilar: 10 ställplatser precis vid vattnet. Öppna året runt. Utbud av gästfaciliteter varierar under året av praktiska skäl. Läs mer om säsongerna: Ställplats >

Avresa: Pris/natt gäller till kl. 12.00 på avresedagen.
Vistelse i flera dygn är möjlig. Pris/natt är detsamma. Betalas för en natt åt gången i ePARK appen. Till Hamnvärden kan du betala för flera nätter i taget.

SeaSide Resort: Nya moderna lokaler och faciliteter för gästbåtplatserna och ställplatserna för husbil. Utrustade med kök/pentry och bord med sittplatser, omklädningsrum för damer resp. herrar med wc, dusch, bastu och relax, handikapp-wc, samt tvättstuga. Kod till dörrarna. Öppen under Högsäsong.
Färskvatten, för båt- och husbilsgäster under Högsäsongen, fylls på genom en slang vid gästplatsen. Tänk på att vara hygienisk och sparsam.
Elektricitet försörjs genom eluttag på stolpe vid båtplatsen/ställplatsen. Även vintertid för husbilsgäster. Tänk på att vara försiktig och sparsam vid nyttjande av el.
Septiktank sugtömning för båtar. Septiktanktömning skall alltid ske via suganordningen på Servicebryggan. Följ noga instruktionerna för hygien och komfort.
Latrintömning för husbilar, och båtar med portabel tank, utförs i Latrinrummet (kod till dörr). Tillgänglig året runt. Följ noga instruktionerna för hygien och komfort. Gråvattentömning för husbilar är ej möjlig, närmaste plats för detta är Arcus Camping i Karlsvik, Luleå.
Restavfall, komposterbart, plast, metall och glas skall sorteras i respektive behållare på avsedd plats. Högsäsong finns två stationer. Lågsäsong är en station för restavfall i drift – och husbilsgäster kan då lämna allt annat avfall i Granec-butiken under öppettider.
OKQ8 automatstation servar BÅDE på land OCH till sjöss. Påfyllning av drivmedel vid Landstationen eller Tankbryggan betalas med kort (Visa, Mastercard, bankkort eller OKQ8 kort). Tanka >

– convenience and great experiences

Ettans Båthamn and SeaSide Resort, in Luleå Södra hamn, provide experiences beyond the ordinary – and have become a destination. You arrive by Boat or Motorhome. As soon as the Guest fee is paid, you will have access to the high-quality guest facilities and can enjoy the features and comfort. Summertime, in the Midnight Sun.

This location is within walking distance to the center of Luleå (about 200 m.) with shopping, service, culture, restaurants and nightlife. Right next door is Granec, northern Sweden’s largest store for Boat and Motorhome life, incl. SeaSea accessories Mega Store – with competent staff. Furthermore, two restaurants e.g. La Bottega, the large well-assorted grocery store Willy:s, etc.
This spot gives a magnificent view over the city bay, islands in the archipelago and the great Lule River’s flow into the Gulf of Bothnia – with the impressive Swedish icebreakers lying at the quay.
This place offers a charming and vibrant harbour and residential environment that attracts walking, socializing and contemplation.
Many activities are arranged around the city. Among others at Södra Hamnplan close by, where the Archipelago Boat Tours also depart – its landmark is the great preserved Rocker Armrest Crane.
In the winter season, motorhome guests can get many exciting experiences on the ice roads outside the harbour – and may see the Aurora Borealis. Also remember, that the "spring-winter" is an outstanding fifth season on these latitudes.

General information, Ettans Båthamn & SeaSide Resort:

Boats: 50 guest berths. Widths range from 2.5 m up to 5.0 m. The marina has a total of about 590 berths and is open from the end of May – the beginning of Oct. Depth conditions in Ettans Båthamn/the Guest harbour, by the Fuel bridge and Service bridge are approx. 3 meters at average water level. Berthing in the harbour: mooring finger.
Motorhomes: 10 camp sites by the sea. Open all year. Range of guest facilities varies during the year for practical reasons. More about the seasons: Camp site >

Departure: Price/night is valid until 12 noon (midday) on departure day.
Stay of several days is possible. Price/night is the same. Paid for one night at a time in the ePARK app. To the Harbour host you can pay for several nights at a time.

SeaSide Resort: New modern premises and facilities for the boat and motorhome guests. Equipped with kitchen/galley and table-seating, dressing rooms for ladies and gentlemen with wc, shower, sauna and relax, disabled-wc, as well as laundry room. Access code to doors. Open during High season.
Fresh water, for boat and motorhome guests during High season, is replenished through a hose close to the berth / the camp site. Please observe hygiene and economy.
Electricity is supplied through an outlet on a post close to the berth / the camp site. Also in wintertime for motorhome guests. Please observe caution and economy when using electricity.
Septic tank vacuum disposal for boats. Septic tank disposal must always be done by using the vacuum device on the Service bridge. Carefully follow the instructions for hygiene and comfort.
Latrine disposal for motorhomes, and boats with portable tank, takes place in the Latrine room (access code to door). Available all year. Carefully follow the instructions for hygiene and comfort. Waste water disposal for motorhomes is not possible, the closest site for this is Arcus Camping in Karlsvik, Luleå.
Residual waste, compostable, plastic, metal and glass should be sorted into respective containers at the intended location. High season there are two stations. See Marina map > More information and instructions: Click here > Other waste and Hazardous waste can be handed to the Harbour host or the Granec store. Low season one station for residual waste is in operation – and motorhome guests can leave all other waste in the Granec store during opening hours.
OKQ8 automatic fuel station, serves BOTH on land AND at sea. Refueling on the Land station or Fuel bridge is paid by card (Visa, Mastercard, bank card or OKQ8 card). Refuel >
Night surveillance of the marina from the end of May – the beginning of Oct. If you have questions, or would like to inform us at night, the Harbour guards can be contacted on site.
